BE MASS COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

The Be Mass Competitive Program, proudly offered by the Massachusetts Association of Community Colleges (MACC), has been a game-changer for individuals seeking upwardly-mobile employment opportunities. Funded under the RENEW Grant from 2021 to 2024, this innovative workforce training initiative has transformed lives across the Commonwealth.

In August 2024, BMCP wrapped up their final cohort placing participants at Bank of America, John Hancock, Boston Scientific, Boston Housing Authority and Mass General Brigham. We are pleased to celebrate the achievements of nearly 200 program graduates over the last three years, these success stories are more than statistics—they represent transformed lives, empowered families, and stronger communities.
